Inspiration

I read a note a friend wrote last night on facebook(haha) and wanted to express something (perhaps, my positive anger?) on here.

Let’s call my friend “A”. A said there is nowhere to go, but mainly because no place A wants to go. A doesn’t like being bored, but there is nothing A wants to do.

Because A is older than me and is not a girl, I am chicken to tell A how silly A is. Instead of telling people what to do, how about I will share what I really like/want to do lately. If you'd like to do the same thing, why don’t we be best friends? Then lets decide if I should share my thoughts later with A.

It’s been a while I was able to take pictures, edit them and post them online right away. Never ending exam and homework had been draining my energy away..........Anyways, it rained all day yesterday, my roommate said it was a happy Monday, mostly she loves rain and likes jumping into puddles. I couldn't agree more after I was able to took this picture.

"It's raining today, and I love you.", originally uploaded by Me.

The quote is a header for Becky's blog, when it is raining, it pops up in my head. Therefore, she is my inspiration in rainy days, and many more days.

A said there is nothing. I felt sorry, but inspiration could be everywhere, like, when we are ready for them. Here are the many things I want to do, and there is too little time.

  • Have you heard of etsy? Do you think people will buy my prints? Or perhaps buy your prints, Dad?
  • I want to make another book again. A portfolio book will be nice.
  • Need to plan about this summer, this Christmas and after graduation.
  • Wants to use the gym at school. RUN or BIKE.
  • Bake a cake and decorate it for once this semester.
  • Start taking a picture a day, like a flickr "365" project.
  • Start photo projects after listening to a music album or watching a movie.
  • Get lost in flickr and get more sleep.
  • Wait, how about take care of all the homework, then work on the above list?

missing you all, my favourite inspirations/models.
hope i didn't talk to much. :)

xoxo,

Lisa

OK what the heck! I didn't know you had a blog of your own. Did I forget? I have lots of reading to do now. I think your friend just likes other people to entertain him and doesn't have the ambition to do stuff with out direction. That is what happens to people that spend too much time on the computer and playing video games. Also dad said you should come here for Christmas and if tickets are to much he will come and get you since he has 6 weeks off school. Do you have a kitchen? You could bake a cake today and decorate it and check one thing off your list. I wonder about etsy too? So many people sell on there that I wonder how hard it is. It is cheap to try though so go for it! Love you

- i only had it for my parents last christmas, posting pictures for them to print out from there instead of showing them the facebook album link to print out low quality ones.

- there wasn't much on there that you don't know. and sometimes in the old posts I might type in chinese too. >.<

- and i just opened it to public today/on my profile so i can write some more. and keep taking some more pictures in the future.

- oh i shall do things and cross off somethings from the list!!! love you too!

Lisa,

I wonder too. Let's try. Also, I found your flickr account awhile ago. Some pics are so awesome. You have a clever eye for composition.

Lisa, I want to be your best friend too! Polly and I were talking about how wonderful it is that you and their family connected. You are so greatly loved and enjoyed by all of us. Your post today explains why. Because you are happy and upbeat. You find contentment in small things. Even your photos focus on small wonders. You will always have a family in America!
Love, Grama
