I have been in MN for over a 10 days and without computer access the majority of the time. I am at my mother in laws and Becky left her computer here so I have snagged it. I have lots of awesome pictures to post, but they are trapped inside Mary's camera and not at the house I am at so another day we will post photos. We had Mary's graduation party at Uncle Matt's house on June 13th and we had a blast seeing family and friends that we have missed while in MT. Hopefully Mary will write a post about that and include photos so you can see how much fun we had. Thanks to everyone that came and visited, it was awesome to see you!
Then my brother Matt and I headed to the lake in Brainerd to our Aunt Katies and cousin Marnies homes on Sylvan. They have condos next to each other in a small development of only 10 units. We had the beach to ourselves for the majority of the week, although we shared it with our cousins when they came up. What did we do? It rained so we watched movies, played games, chased kids, cooked food, ate food, ate junk food, ate too much food! The sun came out, we sat by the beach, put our toes in the water, said no way too cold, swam anyway, froze, got sandy, got tan, got burned. We laughed, we told stories, we told jokes, we remembered being kids and having fun together, we remembered being adults and having fun together. We visited with cousins and loved being family. We took out the boat, we drove around the lake and waved at all the people in boats and on the shore and looked at all the beautiful houses and trees and shoreline and we loved MN like never before. We swam off the boat, we jumped off the boat, we cannonballed off the boat, we had diving contests off the boat, we floated, we relaxed and we felt happy. We listened to thunderstorms, we listened to loons, and frogs and mosiquitoes, and we listened to kids cry, whine and fight( and that was Becky and Mary/jk). We visited with Katie, Marnie, Amanda, Grandpa and Grama Patch, and 13 kids, so non stop fun! We wish you could've been with us, we missed you!

Oh Polly, I love this post. Written so well and so cute! I have missed hearing all about it. Nice that you could share it all with Matt and Danielle! And how generous of Bigelows. Love, MOM
You captured it. I am going to read it again and again. Lovely thoughts.
I love it, too! We had so much fun together! It was fabulous to be with you and the kids and (BONUS) Matt and Danielle! It was like being at the lakehouse when we were all kids except now we're the grownups. It was so fun to reminisce. Let's do it again soon!
