Jack was able to go rafting with his cousins while Kathryn and Dad hung out at the Huckleberry festival in Whitefish, MT.
I don't normally go in for face painting (especially when it is $8), but Kathryn was very cute and didn't complain at all about not going on the rafting trip or the bad lunch decision I made.
Jack's expression says it all!

We absolutely never ever did fun things like this when I lived at home.
