The Pie Maker grating some lemon zest
Ready to put the apple pie in the oven! Well, Yesterday I made 2 Pies. Apple and Lemon Meringue. They both came out perfectly and taste amazing. Today we have already eaten half the meringue, both of the little ones, and there is only one piece of apple left. Here are some pictures.

Well done Jack! They both look wonderful and tasty too! Grampa and me are both sorry not to be there, but it sounds like there is not much left!
